Fund Administration service

We collaborate with you to build and manage an application process that enables your funds to deliver the impact you want to achieve in Gloucestershire.

Our fund administration services offer options for:

  • Application set up and administration
  • Comms about your fund on our website, social media and VCSE networks
  • Automated eligibility checks and optional AI checks on due diligence and criteria
  • Grant agreements and payments to successful applicants
  • Streamlined impact reporting via our platform

Funders retain complete control over fund decision-making and allocation.

Fund Stewardship service

A simple, neutral, independent mechanism to hold funds until you are ready to distribute them.

Funders can choose how to distribute their funds either by:

  • Asking us to make direct payments to partnerships or organisations
  • Or offering new competitive funding programmes in line with your criteria

We offer onward fund management:

  • Either in line with your specifications and governance arrangements
  • Or as a new funding programme on our online platform

Decisions on funding distribution always remain with the funder.
