Fund Gloucestershire Platform: Terms of Use
By registering for and using the Fund Gloucestershire platform, you agree to the following:
1. Acting on behalf of an organisation
You confirm that you are authorised to create and use an account on behalf of the organisation you register, and to provide information about that organisation.
2. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide through the platform is accurate, complete and not misleading to the best of your knowledge.
You should update your organisation’s information if anything changes, particularly its contact details, legal status or other information that may affect its eligibility for funding.
3. Information provided in applications
You are responsible for the content of any funding application or other information submitted through your account.
Fund Gloucestershire and the relevant funder may rely on the information you provide when carrying out eligibility checks, due diligence, assessment and grant administration.
If you become aware that information you have submitted is incorrect or has materially changed, you should let us know as soon as reasonably possible by emailing hello@fundglos.org.uk.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Where more than one person within your organisation has access to the platform, your organisation is responsible for ensuring that access is only given to authorised users and is removed when it is no longer required, for example when someone leaves the organisation or changes role.
5. Funding opportunities
Registering with Fund Gloucestershire does not guarantee that your organisation will be eligible for a particular funding opportunity or receive funding.
Each funding opportunity will have its own eligibility criteria, application requirements and terms. You are responsible for checking and complying with those requirements when applying.
Funding decisions are made by the funder in accordance with the individual fund criteria. Fund Gloucestershire does not guarantee or make any commitment that funding will be awarded.
6. Checks and verification
Fund Gloucestershire may carry out reasonable checks on information provided through the platform, including checks with publicly available sources or information provided by relevant third parties.
We may contact you if we need further information or clarification.
7. Appropriate use of the platform
You must use the platform only for legitimate purposes connected with Fund Gloucestershire’s services and funding opportunities.
You must not knowingly upload malicious material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or use the service in a way that could harm Fund Gloucestershire, other users or third parties.
You must not deliberately submit content, instructions or other material intended to interfere with, manipulate, bypass or override the platform’s automated or AI-supported checks, safeguards or assessment processes.
8. Access to the platform
Fund Gloucestershire may temporarily restrict or suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary, including where we believe the account is being misused, its security may have been compromised, or information provided appears to be fraudulent or materially misleading.
Where appropriate, we will try to contact you before or shortly after taking this action.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the Fund Gloucestershire platform and services develop. The current version will be available on our website.
By continuing to use the platform following any material changes, you will be treated as accepting the updated terms.
