Each organisation should have just one Fund Gloucestershire account. This keeps all your funding applications, documents and reporting in one place, making it easier to manage and track your funding.
The same account can be used by different colleagues within your organisation, using your organisational username and one-time passcode (OTP). It can be helpful to have the OTP sent to a shared organisational inbox so that more than one colleague can access it.
