1) Setup your organisation's account
Create your account with Fund Gloucestershire and provide basic organisational information and key documents once - we store them for all your applications.
Create an account
Click the top right button of our website which says 'Create an account'.
Create your organisation's account by choosing a memorable username, entering your email address, name, role, and a secure password.
You'll need access to the email address you register, as security codes will be sent there when you log in.
Set up your organisation profile
When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to complete your organisation profile.
Here you will need to provide basic information about your organisation, including its legal structure, finances and areas of work.
You only need to complete this profile once, as we securely store your information for future applications.
2) Find relevant funding
Search, filter, and view the full detail of funding opportunities that are available to apply for through Fund Gloucestershire.
View funding opportunities
On the 'funding opportunities' section of our platform you can see a summary of funding opportunities including eligibility criteria, grant amounts, and location requirements of grants on our platform. You can also see if you have applied for the fund already with a helpful status bar at the top.
Favourite funds of interest
You can favourite funds that are of particular interest by clicking on the love heart on the funding opportunity.
Filter funds by funds of interest and by eligible sectors
To help you identify funds that match your organisation’s profile you can filter to show opportunities that are relevant to you, and the sectors and activities that your work concerns.
Sort by application deadline
You can sort funds by the application closing date so that you can prioritise which applications to focus on first.
More information
To see the full information about the fund, click on ‘more information’. Here you can see detailed information about the fund, the funder, who is eligible to apply, and the questions that you will be asked during the application. You can also see details about the impact reporting requirements if you were to be successful in your application.
3) Apply for funds
Apply for funds by logging in and completing a funder's application form on our platform.
Before you Apply
Log in and go to 'Funding opportunities' in the platform.
Find the fund you want to apply for and double check the fund criteria to make sure your organisation and project meet the fund's eligibility requirements.
Download the application questions (optional)
If you would like to prepare your answers in advance, you can download the full question set and complete it offline before entering your responses into the application form.
Complete your application
When you are ready, answer each question making sure that your responses relate directly to the fund you are applying for.
Don't worry about using formal or specialist language, but do answer each question clearly and in your own words.
Make sure that you upload original PDF versions of any documents that you are asked for.
Make sure to save your progress - you can save your application at any time and return to it later.
Review your answers and submit
Check that all questions marked with an asterisk (*) have been completed and that your answers are accurate and complete.
Once you are happy with your application, submit it for reviewal by the funder.
