This year Gloucestershire County Council are partnering with us to run the Thriving Communities Grant Scheme through our platform.

Thriving Communities Grant 2027

The Thriving Communities Grant scheme supports organisations and groups in Gloucestershire with projects that help adults to stay well and live independently for as long as possible.

The funding helps connect people to their communities, strengthening ties, reducing isolation, and improving physical and mental wellbeing.

Who can apply?

  • Community or voluntary groups
  • Registered charities
  • Community Interest Companies (CIC)
  • Town and parish councils
  • Art, music, performance, nature-based and sports groups.
  • Faith-based groups (where the application demonstrates that the project will bring wider community benefit and the primary purpose of the activity is not religious)
  • Unincorporated associations
  • Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO)
  • Co-operative societies

From £500 up to a maximum of £7,500

Location: Cheltenham District, Cotswolds District, Forest of Dean District, Gloucester District, Stroud District, Tewkesbury District or County-wide
