Thriving Communities Grant Scheme

The Thriving Communities Grant scheme supports organisations and groups in Gloucestershire with projects that help adults to stay well and live independently for as long as possible.

The funding helps connect people to their communities, strengthening ties, reducing isolation, and improving physical and mental wellbeing.
